Password and sign-in

Just1One uses Clerk for email and password accounts, Sign in with Apple, and Google. Passwords are not stored on our servers: authentication is handled by Clerk, the same as in the mobile app.

Reset a password (email and password accounts)

  1. Open the Just1One sign-in page (same Clerk instance as the app).
  2. Use “Forgot password” (or equivalent) and enter your account email.
  3. Follow the link or code you receive by email to set a new password.
  4. If nothing arrives, check spam and confirm the email matches your profile.

Apple, Google, or phone-only

If you registered with Apple or Google, sign in with the same method in the app or on the web: there may be no separate “Just1One password”. If you are stuck, contact support through the site contact form.
