Minor protection and combating CSAM (CSAE)

Last updated: November 2025. Public policy on zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). Just1One is an international dating service; this page explains our rules, how we enforce them, and external resources, regardless of where you use the app.

01

Our policy and commitment

Just1One maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or conduct that sexualizes, sexually exploits, or endangers children or minors on our service. We work to detect and remove such content and, where the law requires or good practice demands, to pass relevant information to competent authorities or designated organizations. We see it as our responsibility to reduce the use of Just1One to share, solicit, or consume CSAM, and to deter conduct aimed at sexual contact with minors.

02

Scope

This policy covers all content on Just1One: media (photos, videos), text (messages, profile fields, usernames), illustrated content, or realistically generated imagery that could depict a minor, as well as conduct aimed at contact or solicitation. The service is for adults (18+) only; it is not designed for minors and we do not target minors.

03

Prohibited conduct and definition of a “child”

For this policy, a child or minor is any person under eighteen (18) years of age. Any content that features, involves, or depicts a minor in a sexual or sexualized context, or that facilitates child sexual exploitation, is strictly prohibited and is a serious violation of our Terms of Use. Written content (including messages and profile text) that promotes, describes, or alludes to the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child is also prohibited, as are grooming attempts or sexual solicitation of minors. The list above is indicative, not exhaustive. Just1One may remove content without prior notice if we reasonably consider it inappropriate or unlawful.

04

International context, the European Union, and cooperation

Just1One can be accessed from many countries. We comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from competent authorities. Depending on jurisdiction and legal duties, information may be shared with law enforcement or specialized bodies recognized internationally (for example INHOPE hotlines in Europe, or other national reporting centers). We also follow expectations from major app distribution platforms and public frameworks on illegal content and child safety online, including: • Apple App Store Review Guidelines (safety, objectionable content): https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/#safety • Google Play, child safety requirements: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/9876937 • Google Play, Families policy (where relevant): https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/9878809 • European Union, online child sexual abuse policy context: https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/addressing-online-child-sexual-abuse

06

Strictly prohibited conduct (indicative list)

Do not post on Just1One any content (visual, audio, or written) that: • features, involves, or depicts a minor in a sexual or sexualized context; • sexualizes a minor, including illustrated, animated, or realistically generated depictions; • seeks sexual contact with a person under 18 or facilitates such contact. This list is indicative; see our Terms of Use for contractual detail on prohibited uses.

07

Reporting and emergencies

If you encounter on Just1One content or conduct that appears to be CSAM or to exploit minors, report it immediately from the app (profile or conversation) or via our Contact page with the subject “Report / safety”: https://just1one.app/en/contact Anyone may report a violation, whether or not they have an account. If you believe a child is in imminent danger, contact your local emergency number or law enforcement right away.

08

Handling reports and moderation

Reports are handled confidentially. Our team prioritizes cases involving minor safety or CSAM. We document actions as permitted by law and in proportion to handling the report. We do not publish a public email address to limit spam; the official channel is the secure Contact form.

09

Technical measures, enforcement, and external resources

We combine human moderation, review of reports, and technical measures aligned with industry practice (for example technical logs limited to service needs, and automated signals or third-party providers where law and our agreements allow). We do not publicly disclose the full detail of internal mechanisms for operational-security reasons. Content or conduct involving CSAM or sexual exploitation of minors leads to removal of the content, account suspension or termination, and referral to authorities or designated bodies where the law requires it.
