Delete my account from the web

You can permanently delete your account and most associated data without opening the app: enter your account email, receive a code, then confirm. For partial deletion or another GDPR request, use the “Personal data” page.

How it works

• From this page (recommended without the app): enter your account email, accept the confirmation, receive a code by email, then enter it to permanently delete your account.
• In the app: Settings > GDPR > “Delete my account” (same outcome after email confirmation).

Data covered

Data deleted:

• Account information (email, profile)
• Photos and uploaded content
• Conversations (removed within 7 days in the app)

Data that may be retained temporarily:

• Certain moderation logs may be retained temporarily for security and legal purposes.

Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after code confirmation.
