Accessibility statement
Last updated: May 6, 2026. Just1One is committed to making our digital experiences more inclusive: the marketing website (Next.js) and the iOS app. This page explains our scope, goals, and how to report a barrier.
01
Our commitment
We build Just1One to help adults connect respectfully. Accessibility is part of that work: clearer layouts, understandable flows, and better support for assistive technologies where feasible for a small product team. We know there is more to do ; here we document what we already do, what we aim for, and how you can help us prioritize fixes.
02
Scope
This statement covers the marketing site just1one.app (marketing, legal, and form pages) and, at a high level, the Just1One iOS app. The website and the app do not share the same tech stack, so measures and testing may differ by surface. Third-party services you interact with (Clerk authentication, hosting, analytics) have their own interfaces; their accessibility policies and settings apply as well.
03
Standards and goals
For the website, we follow W3C guidance and work toward progressive alignment with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA (WCAG 2.2 AA), and with relevant requirements of the European harmonized standard EN 301 549 where it applies to web content. For the iOS app, we follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, contrast, and respecting Reduce Motion when the system reports it).
04
Training and ways of working
Product and design reviews include accessibility checks (heading structure, button labels, touch targets, focus states). We rely on public documentation (WCAG, Apple HIG) and user feedback to prioritize blocking issues first.
05
Testing and continuous improvement
We run manual checks (keyboard navigation on the site, browser zoom, screen readers on key flows) and code reviews on shared UI components. Fixes ship with site or app updates; some improvements may require updating your browser or iOS version to take effect.
06
Marketing website measures
We favor semantic HTML, meaningful link text, sufficient contrast on light pages, form labels tied to fields, and a consistent heading hierarchy. Page language is set to support speech output. Gaps may remain in third-party widgets or motion-heavy sections ; please report them so we can offer an alternative or schedule a fix.
07
iOS app measures
The app targets VoiceOver compatibility on core flows (profile, matching, chat, settings). We respect system text size where possible and honor Reduce Motion when iOS signals it. Some rich visuals (card animations, marketing mockups) may still be partially optimized ; tell us which screens you use so we can prioritize improvements.
08
Known limitations and alternatives
After a major app update, you may need to restart the app for some system accessibility settings to apply fully. On the site, very high zoom can cause tight wrapping in certain grids; we adjust layouts over time. If motion is uncomfortable, enable Reduce Motion in iOS Settings or your browser when available.
09
Feedback and contact
Your feedback helps us fix issues faster. If you hit a barrier on the site or app, use the Contact page on just1one.app, mention “Accessibility” in your message, tell us the surface (web / iOS), your device, and (if you can) a screenshot or short recording. We do not publish a separate postal address for accessibility; the secure form remains the official channel to reduce spam and track replies by email.
For accessibility or digital inclusion questions, use the Contact page. We reply by email to the address you provide.
